The Greek Permanent Committee on Research and Technology (GPCRT) invited the directors of all EPTA members to a two-day retreat in Thessaloniki on 27-28 April 2026, at KEDEA, the Aristotle University Research Dissemination Centre. The directors discussed, among other topics, the use of AI tools in their work, based on the synthesis of an internal questionnaire completed by the members beforehand. Furthermore, an exchange took place on the latest institutional developments in the technology assessment units of the members, as well as on the current main topics of interest they are presently working on. The theme of this year's EPTA report and conference, to be held in autumn in Athens, was set to be "Sustainable Mobility". Between the working sessions, the directors visited the American Farm School and the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH).
