The dynamics of development driven by democratic transition and European aspirations has run out and Poland is in need of another development project, seeking new directions and sources of growth. In this context, the crucial role of innovation, creativity, education, entrepreneurship, social capital and more active public policies are advocated. The aim of theis project is to analyse development dilemmas currently facing Poland.
