The challenge of digitisation of Polish schools
INFOS 4(326), The challenge of digitisation of Polish schools
Although the computerisation of the Polish education system has advanced in recent years, this progress has been uneven. Substantial challenges persist, particularly with regard to access to modern equipment and reliable internet connectivity. In response, a range of strategies and programmes has been developed to modernise school infrastructure, improve the digital competencies of students and teachers, and promote the use of digital educational resources. Nevertheless, the benefits and limitations of educational digitisation should be examined within the broader context of existing educational and economic challenges. It is also essential to identify the most effective balance between digital competencies and other key skill sets.
