In this Facts & Figures publication, we map the international mobility of scientists. The analyses show that the inflow and outflow of scientists to the Netherlands are balanced, with a slight net inflow throughout the period 2008-2023. Various annual indicators combined point to an increase in international mobility to the Netherlands between 2018 and 2023.
