Citizen labs for a an AI based digital assistant for digital Danish public services

In context of the Danish digital Taskforce for artificial intelligence, Dem x is collaborating with Danish university cluster, CAISA, to conduct citizen engagement on the AI based digital assistent for digital public services. The digital assistant will be embedded in the digital public services and the citizen lab aims to gauge what citizens think of such a digital assistant, what their hopes and concerns are, and what values and principles should be guidng for the development and implementation of the assistant.
