Analysis of the Actiris Anti-Discrimination Counter
The aim of this project was to analyze the anti-discrimination service of the Brussels employment policy body. The participatory approach, using an online consultation process, led to identify a precise diagnosis of the functioning of the service, both in its internal organization and in its collaborations, and to bring out a range of possible improvements.
