Import of Research Inputs
Nuñez Acosta, E. (2018). INCyTU Note 14 Import of Research Inputs
A large number of products and equipment that scientists require are not developed or marketed in Mexico, or their local price is just not competitive. For this reason, many inputs are imported for research. The current regulation for the importation of inputs for scientific research limits its progress, which generates economic losses and hinders the work of researchers and the training of human resources.
