Digital Upbringing
There are many concerns surrounding children growing up in a digital world. These concerns relate to physical and mental health, as well as the social, cognitive, and moral development of children. There are also concerns about aspects such as cyber and social security. In 2023, we published a position paper on this topic, and from 2024 to 2025, we are involved in the research consortium 'Reading between the lines', which will investigate some of these concerns. The aim is to produce a Digital Resilience manifesto by the end of 2025.
