In the development of circular systems for waste management in our cities, it is crucial to enhance citizens abilities to take responsibility, feel motivated to participate and take actions accordingly. The project aims to develop the necessary co-responsibility and engagement by supporting "green employees" from the Municipalicy of Copenhagen in organizing citizens into local communities. The goals of the project are: 1:develop local communities around citizen-driven waste-projects, 2: decrease waste and increase wastesorting and reuse and 3: upskill the "green employees" in forming sustainable citizens-communities
