In order to establish contingency and intervention plans adapted to temporal and geographical contexts, the analysis of existing and potential risks is an undeniable source of reflection and decision support. In the perspective of A.R. concerning the emergency plans (Royal Decree of 16 February 2006 published on 15 March 2006) which requires the municipalities and its mayors - and in practice the officials in charge of emergency planning - to draw up such plans, this project proposes to develop a set of common tools, not to standardize analyzes, but to harmonize them and facilitate coordination at national level.
