Development of a repository and tools for literacy
This research aimed at developing a reference framework of assessment tools and indicators in adult literacy is sponsored by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation (the Ministry of the French Community and the Observatory of Cultural Policies). Our mission is twofold: on the one hand, it is a matter of co-constructing, with the actors concerned, a common reference framework (a reference framework) for devices in application in adult literacy (these devices are: socioprofessional insertion, social cohesion, social action, lifelong education, and social advancement education); on the other hand, it is a question of co-producing evaluation tools adapted to the different fields and sectors concerned by literacy. This work of co-construction has a threefold objective: (1) to improve the visibility of the aims of literacy actions; (2) improve the knowledge of the objectives for each type of literacy and the links with the devices in which they fit; (3) qualitatively measure the impact of literacy devices.
