Ecological agriculture is a method of farming which is beneficial to climate protection and biodiversity. Organic food is increasingly appreciated, but it is not very popular among Polish consumers due to high prices and low purchasing power. In the new Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) for 2023–2027, ecological agriculture is one of the priorities.
