The non-ionising electromagnetic spectrum: Signals to transport energy and communicate
CAPCIT (2017) The non-ionising electromagnetic spectrum. Bulletin No. 12, March 2017
− Electromagnetic waves are generated by both nature and as a result of human activity. − We have been unable to establish any association between the different forms of exposure to non-ionising electromagnetic waves and the appearance of certain disorders or adverse effects for intensities and frequencies under the safety thresholds. − More research is needed in the areas of long-term exposure and hypersensitivity
